The Calibration Centre LAT 124 was set up to guarantee its customers that the instruments used for their daily measuring activities give reliable and accurate results.
The regular use of measuring instruments subjects them to a natural ageing process due to usage, application, environmental conditions which, over time, lead to measurement inaccuracy. The consequences of this can be detrimental to the company, and in some sectors there is also the risk of penalties.
Through the Calibration Service, the user is able to know exactly how his instruments behave, the possible error compared to higher level samples and is therefore able to perform measurements in a safe and reliable manner, in compliance with the specific regulations of the application in which he operates.

The first Accreditation came in 1999 for the temperature laboratory. This was followed by Pressure, Humidity, Air Speed, Photo-Radiometry and Acoustics
At present, our Calibration Centre can proudly boast of 6 calibration laboratories, all equipped with high level instrumentation to guarantee the traceability of the calibrated instruments to its customers.
